Sally Field – Born in 1946

American actress and director Sally Field started her acting career in the TV sitcom Gidget and had been unstoppable since. Her numerous film and TV appearances such as The Flying Nun, Mrs. Doubtfire, Forrest Gump, Steel Magnolias, and many others have earned her various awards from the Academy, Primetime Emmy, Golden Globe, and the Screen Actors Guild. Bankruptcy must be farthest from her mind. She also won an Oscar award for the amazing portrayal of Norma Rae. Since that time, her career has turned successful.

Now at 74 years old, Field still radiates a happy glow that draws people to her. She believes in health and fitness and follows a regimen that allows her to age gracefully despite being diagnosed with osteoporosis in 2005. Despite her age, she remains to appear in various TV series, showing her abilities to many audiences. She is not yet retired and we’re glad that she still appears in films as this is her legacy and biggest dream in life.
