Samaya White And Jaleel White

Before even knowing a thing or two about stuff like student loans, Jaleel White was already well on his way into the entertainment industry, appearing in commercials. With that said, he got his first big shot to fame starring as Steve Urkel on Family Matters, a one-off character that ultimately became a series regular. Since then, White has worked on other projects such as the Sonic animated shows, Grown Ups, and The Big Show Show.

While he may be quite busy with work under the spotlight, the Family Matters alum still takes time to be a father to his daughter, Samaya White. Like many of her colleagues’ kids, Samaya has attended a couple of red-carpet events together with her father. Her most recent achievement, however, would undoubtedly be finishing her sixth-grade studies. In fact, the actor even when out of his way to post a wholesome tribute post for his daughter on his Instagram – and fans can’t help but smile at the effort.
