PETER KAY AND CHARLIE MICHAEL KAY

It’s no secret that many of us are fans of a couple of comedians. One such person that garnered widespread recognition in the comedy scene would be Peter Kay. Beginning his career as a stand-up comedian, he got his first win in the North West Comedian of the Year competition. Since then, he has made even more achievements, having worked on numerous projects ranging from TV shows to movies. He’s also dabbled in more than a few behind-the-scenes investments as a writer and producer.

Besides his reputation in the comedy scene, Kay is also the loving husband of Susan Gargan, whom he married in 2001. The couple has become parents to one child, their son Charlie Michael Kay. Although being the child of celebrity parents, Charlie has lived a low-key lifestyle away from the spotlight. Even so, he did make a rare appearance at one point when he promoted the “Wheely Boat,” a wheelchair that allows disabled people to play aquatic sports.
