JON STEWART – $90 MILLION

It may not seem like it, but the popular political talk show host has been working on increasing his wealth quietly over the years. He first started as a stand-up comedian before eventually branching out to television, where he was a host from 1999 to 2015 for The Daily Show, a satirical news program on Comedy Central. Jon has also received film credits over the years, including appearances on Death to Smoochy and Big Daddy.

The host has even co-authored the book, America (The Book): A Citizen’s Guide to Democracy Inaction, which ended up as one of the best-sellers for 2004.

Jon has many different advocacies. In 2013, he purchased a 12-acre farm in Middletown, New Jersey, which they turned into a refuge for abused animals. He also opened a 45-acre animal sanctuary in 2017 located in Colts Neck, New Jersey meant to save animals from slaughterhouses.
