Charlotte Ross has portrayed a number of memorable roles over the years, but nothing was as unforgettable as her performance as Eve Donovan on Days of Our Lives. She was part of the show’s cast from 1987 to 1991, becoming a household name in the process. Younger audiences might know her better as Detective Connie McDowell on NYPD Blue, which the actress starred in from 2001 to 2004. While she may not have been as prolific as others on our list, Ross’s film and TV resume are consistent.

She has starred in popular shows such as CSI, Glee, Nashville, and recently, in Arrow. At present, Ross devotes much of her time to family and her advocacies. Some of her investments go toward supporting PETA’s anti-fur campaign and the Animal Legal Defense Fund. As for a TV comeback, fans will just have to wait and see.
