KATHARINE ROSS

Some of us know Katharine Ross from her lead role in the classic horror film, The Stepford Wives. Her performance won her a Saturn Award for Best Actress. She has a reputation for her highly emotional and powerful acting, showcased in the war drama Voyage of the Damned. Her role in the film won Ross her second Golden Globe Award, further establishing her as a force to be reckoned with in the industry.

Following these two successful movies, she went on to star in The Swarm, The Legacy, and The Final Countdown.

She went into semi-retirement during the 90s but briefly came back for a role in Donnie Darko. Her most recent work is for the film The Hero, which was released in 2017 and starred her husband, Sam Elliot. Aside from acting, she has also received credit as a children’s book author.
