SISSY SPACEK

Sissy Spacek is a Hollywood triple threat, one who has won accolades from almost all of the industry’s most prestigious award-giving bodies. She has an Academy Award, three Golden Globes, a SAG award, and four BAFTA nominations to her name. Did we mention that Spacek has also won a Grammy Award on top of all that?

The actress began her career in the early 70s and made her debut in Andy Warhol’s Women in Revolt.

She would later star in Terrence Malick’s Badlands, but her portrayal of Carrie White in the horror film Carrie propelled the actress towards public recognition. Spacek worked continuously in the decades that followed, keeping her free from loans. Since 2018, however, she has been in semi-retirement. These days, all eyes are on her daughter Schuyler Fisk, who, herself, is establishing a career in the Hollywood industry.
