MANDRELL SISTERS

The Mandrell Sisters consist of Barbara, Irlene, and Louise. From 1980 to 1982, the trio appeared in a variety show called Barbara Mandrell and the Mandrell Sisters. After their show ended, the sisters continued to be a part of Hollywood. However, this time they were pursuing individual careers. Barbara, now 72 years old, and Louise, 66, were successful country music artists back in the 1970s and 1980s. Irlene, the youngest at 65, is an actress and a model.

Nowadays, the three sisters have varying degrees of involvement in the industry. Barbara formally retired from the music scene in 1997. Louise still performs at selected events and even went on tour with Lee Greenwood from 2011 to 2012. In 2019, she released a studio album entitled Playing Favorites. Irlene is now a celebrity spokesperson for various brands such as Deerassic Park and She Safari.
