NEIL DEGRASSE TYSON – EST. $5 MILLION

Neil deGrasse Tyson is not only a prominent figure in the world of academics and science. He is also an author and a TV personality who led a talk show and graced several films and TV shows.

He is known for his great studies about astronomy. In fact, he is the one responsible for expelling Pluto as the ninth planet in our solar system. Tyson developed an interest in astronomy at the age of 9.

He grew up in a family where both parents are successful in their careers. His mother was a gerontologist, while his father is a sociologist. He obtained his degree in physics at Harvard College and pursued further education at the University of Texas in Austin. At the age of 15, Tyson was already facing the audience and providing lectures about Astronomy, apart from his work in the academe and planetarium.
